Do I need to be barefoot for it to work?

Direct skin contact is ideal, but it also works through thin socks or light clothing. For best results, use it barefoot or with bare skin touching the black surface.

Is it safe to plug into the wall?

Yes. The adapter connects only to the ground line — it doesn’t use electricity or emit radiation. It’s completely safe when used as directed.

How long should I use it each day?

We recommend at least 30–40 minutes daily. For deeper benefits (better sleep, recovery, and reduced stress), use it for a few hours or even overnight.

How do I know if my outlet is grounded?

Use the plug tester included in your kit. If the light pattern shows two green dots on the left, your outlet is grounded. This only needs to be checked once per outlet.

Can I use it while sleeping?

Yes. Many users place it under their feet or legs in bed to sleep grounded through the night. Just ensure it remains connected and in contact with your skin.
