To wear your Gudslip® Blind Fold correctly, simply place it over your eyes, ensuring it covers them completely to block out light. Then, adjust the strap at the back for a snug but comfortable fit, making sure it’s not too tight. Secure the strap once you’ve achieved the perfect fit. Feel around the edges to make sure there are no gaps where light can get through, adjusting as needed. With these easy steps, you’ll create an ideal dark environment for a restful night’s sleep.
