Since we send everything from Barcelona, Spain. Your location may affect how long it takes us to ship something. Your package should arrive between 1 to 7 business days for standard shipping. We will send you an approximate shipping duration for standard delivery once you place your purchase.

Ordering & Returns

If you are unable to find any shipping options during the checkout process, it indicates that we do not currently offer delivery to your country. This may be due to various reasons, such as limited availability of reliable couriers in those regions, challenging geopolitical situations, high customs regulations, or products not meeting specific requirements imposed by certain countries.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@gudslip.com. We kindly request that you reach out to us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed or shipped at the time we receive your email, we will be able to cancel it for you.

However, please be aware that once the shipping process has begun, it may not be possible to cancel your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order is already in transit.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, we recommend attempting to do so immediately on the order confirmation page. You can access this page through the confirmation email you received after completing your order. However, please be aware that we may not always be able to accommodate address changes as we may have already initiated the shipping process for your order.

Our customer support team will review your request and do their best to assist you. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the address change can be made, as it depends on the status of your order and whether it has already been shipped.

Please note that in order to return an order, the period of 14 calendar days must not have passed and that we do not accept returns of opened, used or unused products or products that are not in their original packaging. Once your order has been received in our warehouse and its condition has been checked, the refund will be processed immediately with the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be visible within 2 to 5 working days.

In this case, you only assume the cost of returning the product to our warehouse.
