How to use it
1. Switch it on. Press the side button and point the LEDs at the area you want to focus on.
2. Pick your moment. After training, hold it over the muscles you worked. In the evening, use it on your neck and shoulders with the room lights dimmed.
3. Be consistent. A short session most days works better than an occasional long one. Follow the session time and distance indicated in the user manual.
Is red light therapy safe?
Red light at 660 nm and near-infrared light at 850 nm are among the most studied wavelengths in photobiomodulation research. They are non-invasive and do not emit UV radiation. Do not look directly into the LEDs and do not exceed the session time in the user manual. If you are pregnant, have a photosensitive condition or take medication that increases light sensitivity, consult your doctor before use.
Can I use it on my face?
