HOW DO I PUT IT ON?

To apply the Gudslip® Mouth Tape, first ensure your lips and the surrounding area are clean and dry to secure adherence. Place the tape over your mouth, pressing gently to ensure it sticks firmly, which promotes nose breathing and reduces snoring.

For the Gudslip® Nose Strip, begin by cleaning and drying the bridge of your nose. Remove the strip from its packaging, peel off the protective liner, and place the strip across the bridge of your nose. Press down firmly to ensure it adheres properly, opening up your nasal passages for improved airflow and a quieter sleep.
