Is mouth tape safe?

Yes. Our mouth tape uses a gentle, hypoallergenic adhesive designed to promote nasal breathing. Do not use it in case of nasal obstruction or breathing difficulties.

At what distance should the red and infrared light panel be used?

For best results, use the panel at 15-30 cm from the skin. Start with short sessions and increase gradually.

Can I use the red light panel for more than 10 minutes?

We recommend sessions of about 10 minutes per area. Longer exposure is not harmful, but it does not increase the benefits.

Can I take more than one melatonin gummy?

We recommend one gummy about 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do melatonin gummies create dependence?
